When Audi’s new service centre opens in Al Quoz in Dubai next year, it will be the biggest one the brand has ever built, confirms Al Nabooda CEO K Rajaram.

Speaking at a private event, Rajaram confirmed that the new service centre represents a significant investment for Al Nabooda Automobiles, totaling “around Dh140 million”. The new service centre will consist of four floors with a total of 82 bays, able to service 160 cars on a single shift.

The new service centre will join Audi’s existing UAE service centres in Dubai with new locations in Sharjah and Fujeirah expected to come online shortly – a relief for customers who currently have to bring their car to the Dubai outlet. Presently, it takes up to 20 days to secure an appointment for an Audi. Rajaram believes with the added capacity, the new location will improve this time considerably.

“It will be approximately 8-10 days in the future,” he disclosed.
