Nissan Patrol Pickup Gets Pimped
Dealer options available for Nissan’s tough desert basher

Forget the corpulent New Patrol – this Pickup is the coolest car Nissan makes. Tough as a pair of old boots, rock-solid construction and peerless offroad ability, it’s one of very few cars on sale that you can drive straight into the sand from the showroom floor. It’s also one of the few cars that you don’t actually need to modify, being extraordinarily capable right out of the box.
For those who can’t resist the urge to tinker, local dealer Arabian Automobiles is now offering a full range of accessories for the venerable Pickup. Options include different alloys, a dealer-installed front winch, beefed up skid plates, fifty voluminous inches of roof-mounted LED lights, rear LEDs and a jerry can for when you get thirsty. Or optionally, petrol.
The regular Patrol is available in both 5-speed auto and manual variants with a starting price of AED118,000.
